Circle Home Community Care

• Could you benefit from a brief periodic check of blood pressure, weight, medications?

We provide a "drop in" clinic at several community sites every month. No appointments are needed and no fees are charged. You are welcome to visit with the nurse, who will listen to your heart, check your blood pressure and weight, review your medications and answer your questions.
